The Development Associate will:

  • support the Development and Sustainability team with communications, project management and data management.  

  • support with service promotion, marketing, grant applications and community fundraising where required.

  • May include participation and provider engagement and research.

May lead to apprenticeship and/or paid work.

Would ideally suit someone who:

  • Aged 16-30

  • Understands computers and social media

  • Has the passion for wanting to help people with mental health problems

  • Is happy to take on a challenge and think through problems - support will be provided

  • Is looking for a career in communications and design

  • Happy to commit to around 6 hours a week

Volunteering Opportunity

Community Help Associate - Burntwood, Tamworth or Lichfield

3-15 hours a week, supporting existing community projects.

To support the community in providing useful, relevant and up to date information to support their emotional wellbeing and mental health, in person, by phone, and by use of social media.

This role would ideally suit a person with lived experience of mental health problems or a carer.

Full training, support and materials will be provided.
