Working in close partnership with Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and with Burton and District Mind, the Future Focus Recovery Workers support a caseload of up to 30 people with long term mental health needs. The Recovery Worker will support people with social intervention needs and support them to access more facilities in the community. Support can be for a year or more.

This role is employed by Curbourough Community Association and clients are likely to be living in and around Lichfield District.
