"It's Christmas but I need help"
We appreciate that Christmas is going to be really difficult for many people this year.
We have changed our Christmas opening hours to relect this and will now be open between Christmas and New Year.
The Burton and District Mind office will be closed from 5pm 23 December 2020 to to 9am 29 December 2020 and 4pm 31 December 2020 to 9am 4 January 2021. We will be monitoring answerphone messages, emails, the contact form and social media. Any counselling sessions booked between these times will still go ahead.
